A rammed earth villa where the morning sea breeze rolls through the open doors, the spa bubbles in a private courtyard, and the Point Break is a few minutes’ walk from your front step.
The thermal mass of the rammed earth and concrete slabs holds the day's warmth into the evening and keeps summer afternoons cool — passive heating and cooling, no buttons, no thermostat. Banks of sliding doors open the ground floor to the sea breeze, the courtyard, and the trees.

Upstairs, two queen bedrooms each have their own ensuite, one with a spa bath.
Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto a private courtyard with an outdoor spa, a BBQ and an outdoor shower.
A bunk room sleeps up to six (best for kids, or up to four adults).
Dogs are welcome too.
Just a short walk from the beach, cafes and golf course, Villa 5 offers privacy, tranquillity, and direct access to Killick Creek Reserve. Whether you’re here to surf the famous Point Break, paddle in the lagoon, or simply unwind in nature, this villa is the perfect base for your Crescent Head adventure.
Crescent Head sits on the traditional lands of the Dunghutti people – dhalkungga yalanggur biramay – home to ospreys, sea eagles, pelicans, dolphins and migrating whales. We invite all guests to share respect and help preserve this special place.
