The villa is completely independent. It is a double story building which has its own outside enclosed courtyard with spa/jacuzzi, BBQ, shower and toilet. The villa faces Killick Creek and is positioned at the bottom of the property away from the road.
Downstairs has a large kitchen/dining/lounge area which opens up to the courtyard. The kitchen has a convection microwave oven, 2 hot plates, electric frying pan, single dishwashing drawer and well-equipped cooking facilities.
A spiral staircase takes you upstairs where there are two queen bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. One bathroom includes as a spa bath as well as the shower.
There is a downstairs children's bunk room if required. It is a converted garage which includes washing machine and dryer. It has 2 trio-bunk beds (doubles below and singles above) which sleep a maximum of 6 persons (maximum of 4 adults).
The villa allows for a maximum of 8 persons. There are a total of 6 beds: 2 queen beds and 2 trio-bunk beds with 2 doubles and 2 singles.
The villa includes free WIFI internet, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, linen and towels.
